The truth behind the Australian sports doping crisis and the Gillard regime’s abuse of power

house of cards fall

Claims by the leader of the Opposition Tony Abbott and former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, that there appeared to be questionable conduct swirling around the suspiciously timed release of the Australian Crime Commission’s (ACC) drugs and organised crime in sport report are accurate.

The Gillard regime’s house of cards is collapsing, with heads rolling across the great red land.

Insiders claim that it is a fact that controversial and lesser known organised crime figures have infiltrated Australian sporting codes and individual sports. It is also confirmed that claims that some sporting figures have indeed engaged in doping practices over the past decade is also true.

However the manner the ACC and the Australian Labor Party have handled the alleged sports doping situation, smacks of poor judgement and a moral panic, in a misguided attempt to derive much-needed political capital for the Gillard regime.

It is extraordinary that government agencies should seek to impose draconian laws and intrusive powers upon innocent Australian athletes. The vast majority of athletes who are innocent of doping infringements.  Mass murderers, rapists and drug manufacturers are subjected to much less Orwellian abuses of power.

Furthermore, the reputational damage caused to the Australian sports industry, warrants greater introspection to the architects of the ill-advised sports doping campaign.

Far from rooting out drug cheats and drug dealers, the sports doping campaign has driven criminal steroid and drug suppliers further underground, far from the reaches of the law.

Additionally the real sports doping cheats have been supplied ample warning by the ill-timed release of the ACC report, to destroy all the evidence of their sports cheating practices.  And mask the drugs they have taken to gain performance enhancements in their sporting competitions.

winds of change

Moreover, the questionable release of the ACC sports doping report appears to have been a strategic political imperative to create a smoke screen, to circumnavigate the spotlight being focused on Nicola Roxon’s forced resignation.

ALP insiders are adamant Ms Roxon’s resignation was linked to the alleged political interference into human rights and civil liberties activists lives, in addition to whistle-blowers activities.

Commentators cited in The Australian newspaper, have quoted their opinion that Ms Roxon allegedly refused to answer questions put to her by the Australian Federal Police (AFP), in February 2013.  And as a consequence was forced into a humiliating resignation as the federal Attorney General.

Body language experts have confirmed that Ms Roxon’s overly emotive response, voice tonality, facial movements and body language, was one of genuine shock and sadness, having found herself in losing position, stripped of all her political authority and power.

Mistress sweeping dirt under the carpet

Internationally stationed whistle-blowers claim to have explosive evidence relating to alleged large-scale corruption and maladministration, operating with the right Victorian faction of the ALP.

Previously, whistle-blowers challenged former Victorian Premier, Ted Baillieu to reveal what he knew of the alleged corruption, concerning certain political operatives in Victoria.

Mr Baillieu was not up to the challenge and as a consequence of his two years worth of political inaction, the equal and opposite reaction resulted, with the pendulum swinging back in his direction, knocking him off the Premiership.

This challenge still remains, for both the new Victorian Premier Napthine and the new leader of the ALP, most likely Kevin Rudd.  To boldly declare to the Australian people, the full truth of the alleged corruption operating within Australia’s murky political waters.

catastrophe for sinking ship

It is now evident that the Australian people have lost complete faith in the current leadership team of the ALP to govern Australia. Tens of millions of Australian’s view Julia Gillar as an individual not fit or proper to govern Australia.

Julia Gillard has lost all credibility and authority in the eyes of the Australian public. Ms Gillard’s selfish, self-interest, willful blindness and alleged abuse of power should never have been allowed to continued unfettered in the manner it has, for such a prolonged duration of time.

The Australian people warmly welcome the appointment of a new AustralianPrime Minister. It is the deep-seated wish of tens of millions of Australians to see the Gillard regime damage undone and Kevin Rudd re-appointed back to his rightful position as Prime Minister.

Such a shift in the balance of power would not be complete unless a full Royal Commission into the alleged large-scale corruption, human rights abuses, civil liberties  and privacy breaches, in addition to the monumental abuses of power, allegedly enacted by Ms Gillard and her close comrades have been established.

The ALP, its ministers and advisers, in addition to the independent and Greens MP’s must realize that they are morally accountable for keeping Ms Gillard in power, for such a prolonged period of time.

Additionally, these political operatives must take full responsibility for the vast amount of damage caused to millions of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people in Australia, by the Gillard regime.

Australian citizens and refugees deserve nothing less than the full truth, absolute justice, transparency and accountability to be delivered to both the perpetrators and victims of the Gillard regimes alleged monumental abuses of power.

  1. Could we really expect Napthine (forget about Gillard, that’s a lost cause) to declare what corruption (or serious maladministration) exists within the current Vic government? Even if you pointed it out they would deny it to the last.

    • They have no choice, there is too much evidence to confirm allged corruption in Victoria. There is an incoming Royal Commission into corruption in the unions in Australia, as detailed by outgoing senior MP Kim Carr, this is a good starting place. I am certain truth will out. Social media is very powerful. Mark my words, the full truth will out in good time, its an unstoppable force.
